Want to transform on and off the golf course! Gaining muscle, increasing strength, improving cardio, gaining flexibility, losing body fat, and hitting the ball A LOT further! It is important you have working out experience with gym access. Other experience levels are welcome but it starts off at fast pace! This is NOT a program for those seeking "traditional" golf fitness training. We are throwing the iron around, not doing one leg twirly resistance band golf yoga.
